This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a dynamic team and drive innovation in executive compensation.
As a key member of the Reward team, you will be responsible for managing a team of four and overseeing full lifecycle remuneration activities for an executive population of approximately 350.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement remuneration policies and procedures
- Manage a team of four to ensure effective execution of remuneration activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and automation in remuneration processes
- Provide expert advice on executive compensation matters
This role requires a strong understanding of executive remuneration and a proven track record of driving change and innovation in a similar role.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about executive compensation and has a strong desire to make a meaningful contribution to our client's success.
