About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in the Older Persons Assessment and Liaison service at Wythenshawe Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our colleagues to provide high-quality care to patients in and around South Manchester and Trafford areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients in the Older Persons Assessment and Liaison service
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Contribute to the development of the service, including supervision of junior staff and student education
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical governance policies

Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy or a related field
  • Experience of working in a specialist physiotherapy role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
