Job Title: Specialist Physiotherapist Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist to join our team in the Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with complex neurological conditions.

About the Role
  • Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients in the community, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Supervise and educate less experienced staff, rehabilitation assistants, and students to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Participate in clinical audits and research to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • BSc Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration and membership of relevant specialist interest groups.
  • Postgraduate clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of current best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
