As a Children's Home Registered Manager, your commitment to the well-being of children and young people is paramount. You will ensure they experience a fulfilling childhood that positively influences their future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of a residential home, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and the home's Statement of Purpose.
- Develop a strategic plan for the service that promotes high-quality, evidence-based practices.
- Support staff in delivering exceptional care standards for the children.
- Assess the needs of children and young people, creating tailored placement plans for optimal service delivery.
- Oversee casework and administrative functions, evaluating performance standards.
- Contribute to a comprehensive training and development program for staff to ensure all necessary skills are available to meet children's needs.
- All candidates will undergo Safer Recruitment and DBS checks.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- A minimum of two years' recent experience as a Registered Manager in a children's home.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulations and legislation governing children's homes.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
