We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader in one of our children's homes.

About the Role

  • As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations.
  • You will plan team rotas and assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in various meetings and appointments.
  • You will assist in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose and carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager.
  • You will supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager and welcome a diverse culture in the home.
  • You will create a safe, family environment for the children.

Requirements

  • You must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
  • Driving is preferred, although not essential, pending on the locations of the homes.
