Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Luton Airport. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of parking attendants, ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of parking attendants to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operation of the parking facilities.
  • Monitor and maintain the day-to-day operations of the parking facilities, including vehicle parking, customer service, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that may arise.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and other relevant legislation.
  • Support and deputise for the Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure continuity of operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Organise and manage the team's workload, prioritising tasks and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Induct and train new team members, and provide ongoing development and training to ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure delivery of allocated tasks and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing a team in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to deliver excellent customer service and achieve company goals.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
