Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker - Luton

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Luton

Salary: £31,000 - £35,000

This role offers a rewarding career, providing high levels of care and support to children in residential settings. As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will engage in crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care, participate in and facilitate recreational activities tailored to the children's interests, and ensure the highest quality residential care is consistently provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.
  • Participate in and facilitate recreational activities tailored to the children's interests.
  • Ensure the highest quality residential care is consistently provided.
  • Support the personal development and well-being of each child.

Requirements:

  • Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • Proven experience working in Children's Residential Care.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Applicants must be over 21 years of age due to industry regulations.
