HR Data Analyst Opportunity

Dalton Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manipulating, analysing and reporting on large sets of compensation & reward data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data sets for reward and compensation purposes.
  • Design and implement data visualisation tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data-related issues.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of reward and compensation concepts and practices.
  • Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
