Human Resources Information Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our Reward & HRIS team, you will provide vital support to our Global HR team and ensure our HR systems maintain impeccable accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Senior Group HRIS Analyst to address user queries, conduct audits, and support annual processes.
  2. Develop new functionalities that enhance our HR processes, leveraging your analytical mindset and technical skills.
  3. Produce crucial reports and create insightful dashboards for the global HR Management Team.
  4. Ensure data compliance and accuracy in our HR systems.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data manipulation skills.
  2. Excellent communication skills for building strong working relationships.
  3. An inquisitive nature and a technical mindset to understand HR systems.
  4. Experience in or a strong interest in HR data compliance and processes.
