Regional Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee Area Managers across the South of the UK.

This role will involve leading, mentoring, and supporting a team to achieve regional targets, ensuring the successful execution of business strategies and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a regional or senior management role within wholesale, foodservice, or retail, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and drive a multi-site team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring Area Managers to achieve regional targets
  • Tracking performance metrics, KPIs, and sales targets across all locations
  • Ensuring all branches adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to identify growth opportunities within the region
  • Overseeing regional budgets, cost controls, and profitability
  • Maintaining and enhancing strong relationships with key clients

The successful candidate will have excellent financial acumen, strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to travel frequently across the South of the UK.
