About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships with regional housebuilders and developers in the Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, and Dorset areas. You will be a natural business networker and effective brand ambassador, representing the Company at client meetings and presenting our solution using a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to generate new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
  • Present our solution to clients and negotiate contracts
  • Manage and maintain a sales order pipeline and provide monthly forecasts
  • Deliver accurate and timely planning, reporting, and administration
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of consultative selling a B2B solution contracts with a product and service element
  • Demonstrable experience of selling £100K to £500K and potentially £1M+ contracts
  • Demonstrable experience in opening new regional and volume accounts within the Construction sector
  • Experience of complex tender and contract processes
  • Well networked with a proven track record of partnership relationship development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation writing and delivery
  • Strong desire to succeed in sales
  • KBB experience desirable but not essential
