Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global standards and procedures for EHS management, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Collaborate with central EHS/project teams to develop corporate EHS objectives, policies, and systems.
- Support the delivery of our Primark Cares Sustainability Strategy within Direct Operations and country teams.
- Analyze EHS audit results and provide regular reports to retail teams, assisting managers in improving risk management.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in multi-site industries, with retail experience a plus.
- Qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health, such as MSc, BSc, or BA.
- Chartered Membership of IOSH or equivalent.
- Experience in supporting other regions within the business or previous experience.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, project management, and communication skills.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
