Regional EHS Manager

At Primark, we're committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers. As a Regional EHS Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our environmental, health, and safety (EHS) agenda across Northern EU, UK, and US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain EHS metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified to MSc, BSc, or BA level in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
  • Chartered Membership of IOSH or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex EHS concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting multiple regions or business units, with a proven track record of driving EHS improvements.
