Job Title: Chef De Partie

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation in our kitchen. Your expertise and passion for food will be essential in contributing to the development and planning of menus, as well as supporting the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and innovative service concepts.
  • Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the efficient running of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Assist with stock taking and inventory management to maintain accurate records and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Leaving Cert level education or above, as well as a minimum NVQ qualification level 2 in catering. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for food and customer service, with a flair for innovative menu planning and presentation.
