Job Title: Chef De Partie

As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Your role will involve preparing and cooking menu items, contributing to menu development, and supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef/Sous Chef in kitchen operations and ensuring food quality is maintained at all times.
  • Preparing and cooking menu items as directed by the Manager.
  • Contributing to menu development and planning, including future food trends and innovative service concepts.
  • Supporting the Manager with stock taking and inventory management.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of your section and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leaving Cert level education or above.
  • NVQ qualification as a minimum level 2.
  • Successful progressive background in catering.
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
  • Flair and innovative approach to menus and food presentation.
  • Good listening skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
