Job Title: Multi Skilled Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Operator to join our team at Williams Lea Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, reprographics services, and event management expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate electronic or computerized scanning equipment to convert hardcopy documents to electronic versions
  • Collect and process incoming documents from customers
  • Input customer details into our tracking system
  • Verify and sort documents according to our checklist
  • Scan documents and enter customer and transaction details into our system
  • Courier or hand-deliver original documents to customers and manage customer queries

Requirements:

  • Records management and archiving experience
  • Reprographics experience
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Mail services experience, including courier and post services
  • Front of House experience
  • Event management experience
  • Knowledge of Williams Lea internal systems and processes (preferred)

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of how to prioritize work and manage time effectively
