Job Title: Apprentice Multi Skilled Operative

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team of professionals working on repairs for both void and tenanted properties. As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties at occupied or void properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend properties to carry out repairs and maintenance duties
  • Resolve problems and ensure customers are kept informed
  • Maintain a suitable van stock level and restock as needed
  • Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works
Requirements:
  • Qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing)
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
  • PC literate and able to use computerised systems for work scheduling
  • Full valid UK driving licence
