**Job Summary**

Catch 22 is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team as a Mobile Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in our office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Maintenance and Repair: Prioritize and complete electrical maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
  • Plant and Machinery Maintenance: Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and advise the line manager of findings, with recommendations for suitable replacement.
  • Service Call Response: Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the helpdesk and assess the requirements of the job to carry out repairs as necessary.
  • Customer Communication: Advise on-site customers of any repair and maintenance issues that may affect the smooth running of the site.
  • Installation and Alterations: Carry out minor alterations and installations within your technical competence in accordance with current specifications.
  • Project Management: Complete electrical installation projects and refurbishments.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times and complete a daily site logbook and diary.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with customers.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Qualifications: Hold relevant electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, minimum 18th Edition, JIB, or 2361/2.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Have health and safety knowledge and relevant qualifications such as IOSH.
  • Driving License: Hold a valid full driving license.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work 40 hours (usually Monday to Friday, 8-5) with some flexibility in emergencies.
