Catch 22 is seeking a skilled Mobile M&E Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in our office buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize electrical maintenance PPMs and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
  • Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
  • Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
  • Advise the on-site customer (manager) of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the site.
  • Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's technical competence in accordance with current specifications.
  • Complete electrical installation projects and refurbishments.
  • Comply with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times and complete a daily site logbook and diary.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with the customers.
Requirements
  • Hold relevant Electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, minimum 18th Edition, JIB or 2361/2 (Essential).
  • Have Health & Safety knowledge and relevant qualifications such as IOSH (Preferred).
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Work 40 hours (usually Mon - Friday, 8-5) but have some flexibility in emergencies.
