We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aerospace, defence, power generation, renewable, and oil & gas markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to target key accounts in the aerospace, defence, power generation, renewable, and oil & gas markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs and 1st tier suppliers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of the target market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the aerospace, defence, power generation, renewable, and oil & gas markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
