- Design and deliver engaging communication artifacts, including portals, to support timely and impactful communication programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand colleague engagement requirements and identify opportunities to enhance communication channels.
- Manage project delivery, including creation and management of delivery roadmaps and timelines for own outputs and team designers.
- Articulate project status to senior stakeholders and utilize research to inform creative communication strategies.
- Oversee the visual output of engagement experiences and ensure alignment with strict brand guidelines.
- Effectively communicate and defend strategies with key client stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and track success criteria for engagement strategies and artifacts.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create engaging presentations.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Copywriting skills and a good understanding of human psychology.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, with the ability to create visual content.
- Ability to film and edit videos, as well as create short animations.
- Skills in creating internal SharePoint or Google Sites pages.
