About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication and Engagement Specialist to join our team at Capco. As a key member of our Innovation & Design team, you will play a critical role in driving internal engagement for large-scale change programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage internal stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver engaging communication artifacts, including portals, to support timely and impactful communication programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand colleague engagement requirements and identify opportunities to enhance communication channels.
  • Manage project delivery, including creation and management of delivery roadmaps and timelines for own outputs and team designers.
  • Articulate project status to senior stakeholders and utilize research to inform creative communication strategies.
  • Oversee the visual output of engagement experiences and ensure alignment with strict brand guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate and defend strategies with key client stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and track success criteria for engagement strategies and artifacts.
Requirements
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Copywriting skills and a good understanding of human psychology.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, with the ability to create visual content.
  • Ability to film and edit videos, as well as create short animations.
  • Skills in creating internal SharePoint or Google Sites pages.
