Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Arthur Rose Recruitment Ltd. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant, which is currently undergoing investment and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Predictive and Reactive Maintenance to minimize machine downtime
  • Work closely with the production and hygiene team to ensure seamless machine start-ups
  • Optimize machine performance through adjustments and fine-tuning
  • Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
  • Communicate machine status and performance to shift teams for effective handovers
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Electrical qualification (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering
  • Strong engineering or technical background

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,500 - £50,200, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and 33 days' holiday.
