HGV Technician Role Overview

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join their team. As a key member of the fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical work to the highest standards, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the company's fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support from fault analysis to pre-MOT prep and full vehicle overhauls
* Carry out maintenance, repairs, and modification work on the fleet of vehicles and trailers
* Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

* In-depth knowledge of HGVs and trailers
* Hold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential)
* Industry-recognised qualifications in heavy vehicle service, maintenance, and repair (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three)
