Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Birmingham / Solihull

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic + Commission

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Tallgrass Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving account acquisition, engaging with our global internal network, and developing and managing individual sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist with driving account acquisition and sales development.
  • Engage with our global internal network to assist with sales development and customer engagement.
  • Complete spot and regular quotations for new and existing business, supporting the wider sales function.
  • Develop and manage individual sales pipelines with a focus on Air and Ocean freight.
  • Book and attend meetings with the support of sales managers.
  • Actively engage customers with consultative sales techniques to provide mutual benefit and positive customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience within Freight Forwarding, preferably in Air and Sea logistics.
  • Must be enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, and looking to develop career progression.
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales.
  • Experience of working to achieve individual and team sales targets.
