Inside Sales Representative Opportunity

LogisticsRecruit UK is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join their team at the Birmingham branch. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving account acquisition and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in driving account acquisition and developing new business opportunities.
  • Engage with the global internal network to assist with sales development and provide consultative sales techniques to customers.
  • Complete spot and regular quotations for new and existing business, supporting the wider sales function.
  • Develop and manage individual sales pipeline with a focus on Air and Ocean freight.
  • Book and attend meetings with the support of sales managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience within Freight Forwarding, preferably in Air and Sea logistics.
  • Must be enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, and looking to develop career progression.
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales.
  • Experience of working to achieve individual targets and generating own sales leads.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Strong team player.
