Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist with driving account acquisition and sales development.
- Engage with internal networks to identify new business opportunities.
- Complete quotations for new and existing business, supporting the wider sales function.
- Develop and manage individual sales pipelines with a focus on Air and Ocean freight.
- Book and attend meetings with sales managers.
- Engage with customers using consultative sales techniques to provide mutual benefit and positive customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Freight Forwarding, preferably in Air and Sea logistics.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, and looking to develop career progression.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Experience of working to achieve individual targets and generating own sales leads.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong team player.
