Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our team at our West Cambridge Day Nursery. As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our nursery, ensuring that our administrative processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to our parents, children, and staff.
  • Manage our front-of-house operations, including reception, accounts, and customer service.
  • Process invoices, manage fees, and handle queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
