Job Description

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Media Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement and ensuring seamless execution of our end-to-end order to cash process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the creation, delivery, and training of our order to cash process, ensuring seamless execution across all cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate areas of the business that can benefit from process improvement and analyze impacts to the process when new products are introduced.
  • Utilize your experience to train cross-functional teams and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
  • Maintain our Brand Sales RASCI, outlining responsibilities and ownership across Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, and other impacting cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
  • In-depth understanding of the MS Office product suite.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to create a team advised by existing leadership and enhanced by your experience.
  • High level of customer service and client engagement.
  • Ability to elicit a strong sense of confidence and build rapport across many levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met.
  • 5+ years in operational excellence or operational processes, project management, or product management.
  • Professional level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to receive direction from multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Open-minded attitude and a drive to support positive change within the organization.
