About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Retail Media Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring seamless execution of our end-to-end order to cash process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation, delivery, and training of our order to cash process, ensuring seamless execution across all cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate areas of the business that can benefit from process improvement, analyze impacts to the process when new products are introduced, and utilize your experience to train cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
  • Work closely with Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics, Yield & Business Intelligence teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure cross-functional teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the order to cash process effectively.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with MS Office product suite and ability to analyze data to drive process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with order to cash workflow and process improvements.
