Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Healthcare Administrative Coordinator is to deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to facilitate the smooth operation of the Fareham and Gosport Community Mental Health Team.

The individual in this role will manage their own workload effectively and make decisions as delegated by the Administration Lead or Team Manager.

Duties include:

  • Engaging with a diverse range of internal and external professionals and organizations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Supporting the community team and offering cross-cover assistance to other sites as necessary.
  • Fostering a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
