We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Corporate Legal Advisor, who will become a vital part of our established Legal team based at our Head office.

This newly established position arises from our growth and offers a unique chance to engage in diverse and high-quality legal work.

This role is ideal for individuals with approximately 2 years of PQE experience, whether gained in private practice or in-house, with a focus on commercial law.

About The Role

In this position, you will report directly to our Head of Legal and collaborate within a small, established team that provides a wide array of services both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering commercially focused legal guidance on contracts with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Assisting with company secretarial responsibilities.
  • Supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives.
  • Keeping abreast of legislation pertinent to the company and its operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified lawyer from any UK jurisdiction.
  • 2 years+ PQE from private practice or in-house (Commercial / Corporate experience preferred).
  • Experience in commercial property is advantageous.
  • A strong communicator capable of providing suitable advice at all levels within the organization.
  • An independent worker who can manage a diverse workload effectively.
  • Full UK working rights are essential.

Required Criteria:

  • Qualified Lawyer - any UK jurisdiction.
