About Our Firm

Addleshaw Goddard is a leading law firm known for providing expert advice and technical expertise to top clients across various sectors and markets.

The Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our busy Transaction Services Team (TST) as a Corporate Legal Support Specialist. In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of legal tasks that support our clients and the Firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide transactional support on corporate projects, including reviewing contracts and reporting on documentation.
  • Prepare for completion and post-completion tasks, such as drafting legal documentation and providing client support.
  • Redact documents in response to legal requirements.
  • Assist in due diligence exercises and handle post-completion paperwork.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in Corporate and Commercial law is a plus.
