About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Amazon Freight Operations team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our external customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient transportation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues, demonstrating a high level of empathy and understanding.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution.
  • Utilize conflict resolution and decision-making skills to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a high level of patience and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, driving continuous excellence in customer service.
About the Team

Amazon Freight Operations is the Pan-European control center for Amazon Freight's Shipper Support and Transportation Execution. Our team is responsible for planning and scheduling transport orders, providing support to our customers at every step of their journey.

We play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Amazon Freight's European transportation network, directly impacting Shipper Experience.

Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English (B2 CEFR minimum).
  • Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis and report creation for leadership.
