About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Development and Relationship Manager to join our team at Interaction - Kettering. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or commercial management role
  • Proven track record of building lucrative commercial relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell into new markets
  • Experience in first-class account management and objection handling
  • High degree of self-motivation with ability to work independently and as part of a small dynamic team
What We Offer
  • Salary: £40,000 per annum
  • Commission: To be confirmed
  • Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum
  • Holiday: 25 days holiday + public holidays
  • Pension: Company and personal contribution (on completion of probation)
