Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or commercial management role
- Proven track record of building lucrative commercial relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell into new markets
- Experience in first-class account management and objection handling
- High degree of self-motivation with ability to work independently and as part of a small dynamic team
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Commission: To be confirmed
- Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum
- Holiday: 25 days holiday + public holidays
- Pension: Company and personal contribution (on completion of probation)
