Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with mobility and communication needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals and their families

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in social care is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
