Job Title: Duty Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Heron Foods. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness and merchandising
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or Duty Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
