We are looking for a skilled and experienced Advertising Assistant to enhance our marketing efforts and improve our online visibility to attract potential candidates for various job openings.

Role Overview: In the capacity of Advertising Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include the creation, management, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns across diverse platforms. Additionally, you will be tasked with crafting and overseeing job advertisements to draw in suitable candidates across multiple job boards. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, a solid grasp of social media trends, audience targeting, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Job Advertisements: Develop clear, engaging, and precise job descriptions that accurately represent the role's requirements and responsibilities.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Formulate and execute effective social media advertising strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Target Audience Engagement: Employ keywords and SEO techniques to enhance the visibility of job postings on job boards, corporate websites, and social media channels.
  • Ad Creation and Design: Produce compelling ad copy and visually appealing content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient ad spending while tracking the performance of each campaign.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for ongoing enhancement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the recruitment division, marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency and alignment of campaigns.
  • Staying Informed: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficient in utilizing analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Indeed Hiring Insights, and other social media reporting tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
  • Preferred experience as an Advertising Assistant or in a comparable role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
