About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Flux Advertising Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our global marketing strategy, with a focus on the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including digital marketing, product marketing, and creative teams.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue generation, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including channel partners, trade organizations, and agencies, to drive market awareness and sales.
  • Work with our global channel partner to drive in-market awareness with advertisers, agencies, media owners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, customer success, operations, product, and design teams to develop customer-focused sales and marketing collateral.
  • Define and manage an "always on" digital strategy, leveraging our website, email, SEO, SEM, content, paid and organic social, and other channels.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of delivering innovative marketing campaigns and sales support.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/adtech or product marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
