Job Overview: In the role of Advertising Assistant, you will take charge of crafting, overseeing, and refining social media advertising initiatives across diverse platforms. Additionally, you will manage job postings to draw in suitable candidates across multiple job boards. The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset, a thorough understanding of social media dynamics, audience targeting, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Job Advertisements: Develop clear, engaging, and precise job descriptions that accurately represent the role's requirements and responsibilities.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Formulate and execute effective social media advertising strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Target Audience Identification: Employ keywords and SEO techniques to enhance the visibility of job postings on job boards, company websites, and social media.
  • Ad Creation: Generate compelling ad copy and visually appealing content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending and monitoring the performance of each campaign.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for ongoing enhancement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, marketing department, designers, and content creators to maintain brand consistency and campaign coherence.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and updates in social media advertising.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Proficient in utilizing analytics tools such as Facebook Insights and other social media reporting instruments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
  • Previous experience as an Advertising Assistant or in a related role is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
