Job Summary

The Next Chapter Recruitment team is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our client's leisure brand on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the Content Team, you will be responsible for leading the influencer strategy, identifying and partnering with top influencers to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and select influencers that align with project goals and build and maintain relationships with them.
  • Own the annual influencer budget, marketing calendar, and associated reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team and PR influencer agencies to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities to drive business goals.
  • Provide support to the Social Media Lead in copywriting, community engagement, and content planning.
  • Identify opportunities to boost brand awareness and contribute to content ideation, working with creators to deliver engaging content across social media channels.

  • Demonstrate a track record of success in delivering impactful influencer campaigns and collaborations, boosting brand visibility, and driving audience interaction.
  • Be a highly motivated team player with the ability and confidence to proactively build relationships and make things happen.
