We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Next Chapter Recruitment. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the influencer strategy, identifying and partnering with top influencers to drive impactful campaigns.

The Role

The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing plan that aligns with our business goals. You will research and select influencers that align with project goals and then build and maintain the relationship. In addition, you will own the annual influencer budget, marketing calendar, and all associated reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • Research and select influencers that align with project goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers
  • Own the annual influencer budget and marketing calendar
  • Provide support to the Social Media Lead from copywriting, community engagement, and content planning

Requirements
