Job Title: Senior Marketing Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. As a Senior Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and delivering successful marketing campaigns and activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and deliver multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including paid and owned media, creative strategic thinking, and client management systems.
- Team Management: Brief internal and external teams to ensure high-quality delivery and meet client expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans based on insight and research, driving innovation and growth on client accounts.
- Performance Measurement: Select and agree on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign and account management success.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Commercial Acumen: Cultivate a commercial mindset, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth on client accounts.
- Communication: Develop and maintain clear and honest communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Marketing Agency Experience: Proven experience working in a marketing agency environment.
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing, including owned, earned, and paid media.
- Campaign Management: Experience in managing campaigns from start to finish, including research, planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to cultivate a commercial mindset, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth on client accounts.
