Are you a marketing expert with a talent for enhancing performance and community engagement? Do you possess a background in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies? If so, SF Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable client to recruit a marketing professional for a full-time, permanent role. This position is centered on generating inquiries and enhancing engagement through both local and national marketing initiatives. As a Strategic Marketing Associate, you will primarily work remotely while covering the Southern region, with occasional site visits as necessary. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with senior management and their teams to boost engagement and commercial success, ensuring that strategic objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, oversee, and report on the performance metrics of marketing strategies.
2. Create and routinely assess marketing plans to optimize opportunities.
3. Foster support and accountability within the operations team, establishing KPIs to measure and evaluate marketing efforts.
4. Attain personalized targets based on regional responsibilities and key focus areas.
5. Empower service managers and their teams to execute effective marketing activities at local and regional levels.

6. Enhance capabilities and provide support for managers in community engagement, identifying key stakeholders, and formulating effective strategies and tactics.


7. Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing integrated national campaigns for local execution.
8. Provide tools, training, and guidelines for best practice marketing activities across regions.
9. Support initiatives with targeted remedial action plans and tactical measures as required.
10. Conduct commercial assessments, research market-specific data, and implement resulting actions.
11. Offer specialized advice to initiatives to help them meet their commercial and participation goals.
12. Develop effective techniques and materials to maximize intermediary sales and marketing relationships.
13. Establish and deliver marketing metrics for all key stages of the customer journey.
14. Excel in a Digital First approach in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
15. Continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency through testing and refinement.
16. Manage marketing activities within the agreed budget and timelines.

Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in public sector industries such as education, healthcare, or non-profit organizations is preferred.
2. Proven history of developing and managing local marketing plans and initiatives.
3. Strong expertise in marketing channels, particularly local marketing, digital advertising, social media, and public relations.
4. Proficiency in building brand awareness and managing customer insights and data-driven marketing campaigns.
5. Experience in managing marketing budgets and collaborating with marketing agencies and stakeholders.
6. Ability to create engaging content and develop cost-effective marketing materials.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative working style, and ability to influence positive outcomes.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
