Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site management and supervision of Multi Trade activities, driving productivity by effective resource/workload planning of directly employed operatives (DLO's), and subcontractors of Multi Trades.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise on-site Multi Trade activities to ensure high quality, timely, and safe works order contract delivery.
- Drive productivity by effective resource/workload planning of directly employed operatives (DLO's) and subcontractors of Multi Trades.
- Ensure adherence to company process and administration systems, including maintaining documented records and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly on performance-related activities such as Health & Safety, inductions, method, risk, and COSSH assessments, toolbox talks, quality audits/inspections.
- Oversee a team of operatives within planned maintenance and reactive emergency works, including Local Authority/Social Housing sector, occupied homes, and voids.
- IT competent
- Hold a clean, full UK driving license - company van provided
- Experience in multi trades and supervisory skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferable
- Permanent Contract
- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
