Digital Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Planning Team Leader to join our Logistics team at Ocado Group.
About the Role:This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in logistics and operations management. As a Digital Planning Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the delivery operation team, including recruitment, training, and performance management of all spoke drivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery operation team, including recruitment, training, and performance management of all spoke drivers.
- Chair meetings with drivers, including absence, disciplinary, and welfare meetings in line with Ocado policies.
- Ensure all health and safety measures are in place and followed, and that all training requirements are met and up to date at all times.
