Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at 83zero. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, solutions, and services to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and business rules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform features and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administering the ServiceNow platform and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of relational database concepts and experience with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM.
  • Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Certified Application Developer, and ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist.
