Position: Waking Night Residential Support Worker (Bank Staff)


Children Assisted in a Real Environment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Waking Night Residential Support Worker on a bank staff basis. This role is crucial in our residential care facility dedicated to children and young individuals with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Difficulties (LD).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of young residents throughout the night.
  • Assist in settling young individuals into their beds.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents and document observations accurately.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
  • Engage in team meetings and enhance your professional development through training opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Possession of a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with children and young people (or working towards it).
  • A minimum of one year’s experience working with EBD in residential settings.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts as part of the duty rota.
