Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to vulnerable service users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and caring service for all patients whilst in our care, ensuring patient safety remains paramount.
  • Support and transport vulnerable service users as part of a team.
  • Support the care of patients during assessments in line with the Mental Health Act.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed according to current policies and procedures.
  • Attend the office within one hour during on-call shifts.
  • Use Company vehicles and equipment safely and respectfully.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Full UK manual driving license and 1 year minimum driving experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of national geography desirable.

  • Salary: £25,800-£26,000 per year for full-time or £ days, nights, and weekends.
