Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and caring service to patients while in our care, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Support and transport vulnerable service users as part of a team, adhering to safe systems of work and protocols.
- Assist in the care of patients during assessments, following the Mental Health Act and organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, using appropriate lifting and handling techniques when moving patients.
- Administer first aid and provide social care in non-emergency situations, as required.
- Wear uniform and ID badge at all times while on duty, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff development programs, regular reviews, and annual performance development reviews.
- Contribute to setting own work objectives and ensure up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and staff handbook.
- Act as an ambassador for Secure Care UK, adhering to the Code of Conduct and promoting a positive team culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business KPIs, goals, and objectives.
- Ensure accurate implementation of electronic systems for capturing required data.
- Take accountability for own continual professional development and reflective practice.
- Full UK manual driving license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Experience working in the care sector is desirable.
