Health Care Assistant Band 3

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our Community Care team in East Sussex. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex health needs.

You will have a Level 2 qualification in a health or care-related subject, or a willingness to complete, and experience of working with children and young people with complex health needs. You will need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with teams and families at all levels, and work collaboratively with other professionals.

Requirements
  • A flexible approach to working, with the ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
  • Regular travel across our operating region
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use or reliable transport arrangements
